DJ's Throwback: Biker Mice From Mars

Hey there everybody DJ Dizzy here and this time around I'm going to talk about a show that really got its dues that of Biker Mice From Mars

Lets meet the bros shall we?  First up we have  Commander Throttle who acts as the leader of the group who provides the strategies & defenses for the bros & also has them numbered. He wears special sunglasses since his eyes were destroyed & is the only one of the trio that wears any actual clothing. He also wears a special  cestus called nuke knucks & is perhaps  best known for his quote.
"Guys let me tell you something: In this wild & wooly universe there are only  three things you can count on, Your brains, your bros, & your bike!"

Modo (Pronounce Moto) is considered the muscle of the team though he also has a soft side he's very charismatic out of the three bros He lost his arm & his eye in the war but that doesn't stop him from doing what he can to protect anyone. When angered his left eye glows red & he's not only quick to quote his mother but is perhaps best known for his signature phrase, "Rat?! Let me tell you something my mamma didn't raise no stinking rat UNDERSTAND?!"

Vinnie is the loose cannon of the team who considers himself a real ladies man but though he can be a bit brash & obnoxious at times he's very loyal to his bros & his friends, He lost part of his face in the war but he doesn't let looks define or stop him from doing what he needs to, His signature phrase is "What a rush!"

There are also some supporting characters such as Stoker Van Rotten who serves as a scientist as well as their coach who at one time was perhaps the greatest fighter at one time but due to old age he coaches from the side lines.  In the 2006 reboot he has an alter ego called Night Shift.

Charley Davidson is a human female mechanic who not only helps the bros with their equipment but also is a skilled fighter herself who can hold her own when it comes to any threats.

Carbine is Stoker's niece who acts as the general of the other  Martian freedom fighters & is also Throttle's girlfriend. She keeps track of their progress on Earth & will occasionally pay them visits & alert them to problems when needed.

Of course you have your typical bad guys who want to by up Mars or take their water supply to doom both it & Earth, The show itself may seem weird to some adults & kids but its actually pretty funny what with some of its elements of slap stick comedy.

There's also an original soundtrack with music composed by none other than Jeff Scott Soto who also sang the theme song for the show, (His prowess really shows it.)  But overall it has flashing images that may be too much for a few viewers who are epileptic but its still in good fun it features a top notch voice cast as well.

But for those who haven't seen the series you can see on DVD but overall its okay & pretty funny.
So I recommend it. So with that said  here's some music inspired by the show.
