Thoughts of a DJ: Endangerment in schools & why teachers refuse to step up

Hello everyone, DJ Dizzy here & I'm taking a break from the usual routine to speak to you about something that's seriously important that of targeting the handicapped & bullying.

I say this because earlier I was scoping out some videos & one of them involved a girl whom was autistic & fully blind & being bulled on the school bus which made her scared to go to school but the worst of it was the school refused to do anything about it & this has happened to not just her but to other people who're disabled or have been bullied altogether & its enough to ask the following question: What's the point of looking out for someone if you're not going to take things seriously or really be responsible for their safety & well being?

Just because someone has a disability doesn't mean we should see or treat them any less of a human being & it doesn't mean we shouldn't look out for them or that you should shirk responsibilities to your students just because you have authority of any kind but overall its your responsibility as a teacher, bus driver & a parent to make sure that people are treated with respect, & dignity & also make sure that they're safe that's a huge part of the job & a very important one at that but there's no real point of doing that job if you see it as a way of making money or getting perks behind it.

I say this because having gone through that myself at one time it can be very difficult since you feel like your rights are being violated & you feel like your a target because of those reasons but what's sad is no matter how much you speak up the same result comes up, either walk away & ignore it but this is something that can't really be ignored at times & you shouldn't be afraid to get involved especially since its serious.

So the main point & the bottom line of all of this is when child endanger occur in school or someone is being mistreated or abused don't just stand or sit there act on it. Keep a close watch on what kids do on the bus or anywhere else cause anything can happen & chances are it could be your kid or anyone else you know & even if you think its no biggie never be afraid to get involved we're all people & we all matter.

If you have your own thoughts on this feel free to leave some comments below. Stay awesome!
