DJ Reviews: Bruno The Kid

Hey there everyone DJ Dizzy here & its time for a review of an old show that was way ahead of its time in the 90s. Ladies & gentlemen Bruno The Kid

This action adventure cartoon starred Bruce Willis at the title character who was an 11 wiz kid version of his adult blues rocking alter ego Bruno Radolini who becomes a super spy for a secretive & mysterious organization called GLOBE & he's often accompanied by an older gentlemen name Jarlsberg (voiced by the late veteran actor Tony Jay) who appears in many disguises asking Bruno to give them a call to see about the day's mission. He also has to balance his normal life from his spy life by telling his parents that he's going somewhere in order to keep them from suspecting anything & he does the same thing for his best friend Lecey Davidson who only joined him once on a mission in one episode.

This series came out around the mid 90s & it was okay for its time & it had a typical plot of the double life setting & I'm a sucker for anything having to do with double life stories & this kind of put me in mind of Mighty Max since the plot was similar except for the fact that there were different characters & actors but it also put me in mind of Agent Cody Banks since it had some elements of a god spy movie & it made you feel like you were watching one as the show progressed on.

So if  you want a little throw back with some action with a hint of comedy then this show is definitely up your alley especially if you're a fan of Bruce Willis but if you haven't seen the show for yourself its pretty good since its ahead of its time,

So until then stay awesome!
